Shipping Policy

FACHIE MARKET™ offers free standard shipping on orders $75 or more (excluding taxes) to all U.S. orders. 
 
True Cost of Shipping
When quoting for ShippingFACHIE MARKET™ does not add hidden surcharges or make a profit on the displayed shipping charges at checkout. These fees are direct costs as quoted in real-time by our selected Carriers.
 
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
 
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday. However, we will do everything possible to beat these time frames and process your Order(s) same day, if possible.
 
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Fachie Market™ is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
 
International Orders  
FACHIE MARKET™ is proud to offer international shipping at reasonable and reduced rates to CANADA only at this time.  However, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees.  We will do our best to estimate these fees at checkout to inform you of these possible additional charges. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by FACHIE MARKET™ and thus cannot be refunded. FACHIE MARKET™ will not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.  


Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (support@fachiemarket.com).
 
Warranty and Defective Products
If you are outside of our return period, and your product turns out to be defective we are here to help. Contact our Customer Service, and one of our Beauty Specialists will be happy to assist you. The replacement terms vary from brand to brand, but let us help you communicate with the brand or research a replacement option.

Stolen or Missing Packages
Packages that are shipped with a Tracking number and showing proper delivery (in or at the mailbox) are considered delivered and final. However, if the package is missing, they should inquire with the carrier to place a trace and make a claim. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages in or at the mailbox. 

*Please know that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update.

If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, and the items are being returned by the carrier, we will resend the items, once received but the cost to reship is the recipient’s responsibility.
